This is one of our recently built comfort apartments and offers guests one comfortable bedroom, a shower, a kitchen with a dining and living area, an anteroom, and a separate bathroom with a lavatory. This holiday flat is on the first floor and has a balcony with lovely views of the village, which is ideal for guests to enjoy the sunshine in the morning.

Rates exclude final cleaning cost: 60.- EUR per stay
Rates exclude the local tax: 2.60 EUR / per person and day (from 01.11.2024: 3,70 EUR / per person and day) - applies to all persons who are 15 or older on 1st January of the year of arrival. For bookings for the year 2024, all persons up to and including the year 2008 are subject to local taxes. For bookings for the year 2025, all persons up to and including the year 2009 are subject to local tax.
